Greater Rift advice:
Elites: I have mentioned it in the video but would like to repeat it again here. If there is an elite without any trash on 90+ then it is better to skip it simply because the mobs have so much HP that you need trash for AREA DAMAGE % to work at it's best thus providing you with more of a punch against elites. Fighting elites on your own without trash will take a lot of time and every second is precious when you want to complete the rift.
Rift and Density:
In terms of the rift I would suggest big open maps and mobs that you can stack with Pirahnado. Open maps provide you with a bigger pull to kill more monsters by utilizing AREA DAMAGE % in your items. Gargantuas are solely for single target thus you need to cast your Pirahnado a lot to get the biggest effect of your Gargantuas.
Majority of cave and corridor maps are not doable with this build, simply because it's difficult to aggro a lot of monsters into one place.

do you have that 93+ video?
Looks like a solid build. I don't see critical hit chance for the offhand stat priority. Is area damage more valuable in that slot?
I would be a little concerned with the lack of vitality in this build and doing GR90+ rifts. Would it be more beneficial to use vitality in the gloves at least anyways, if not for the weapon? Remember that AD is only a chance, and I don't know if 15% of a chance is worth 1000 vitality.

I also notice that you have AD over 10% CHC with your mojo. Is this intended? Big mistake if it is!
Sad thing is that you can't use The Tall Man's Finger, because you are dying instantly without Endless Walk set.

Strange and funny question about this build... How to break stuff ? like doors, pots...etc... if i'm on cd, im stuck on that...
What about hellcat waistguard it rolls the same stats as witching hour?
