Ring of Royal Grandeur

Diamond in helm, Emerald in weapon, Topaz in chest and pants.

Physical res secondary on everything.

CDR is important. As much as you can get. Rings would be nice CHC, CHD, CDR.

Movement speed is important you want to keep moving.

As far as gems the BotP could be changed for BotS or if farming bounties rifts Wreath of Lightning is a good option.

Energy Armor is only necessary when pushing higher GRs. Depending on well you hold up in T10 you can use Storm Armor: Scramble.

Diamond skin for not only the toughness but really the arcane cost reduction by 9 keeps Aquilas Cuirass at near 100% uptime.

Not really much else to change here. The nems for In-Geom uptime and speed. If using the parthans remember it will slow down the GRs.

MS and CDR are most important.

Build Guide

Numlock your Diamond Skin, Explosive Blast and Frost Nova (a lot of people ignore this but it adds 25% all res increase and it will fire the meteor).

It will be slow until you hit the first elite pack after that just spam teleport and arc lightning and be mindful of your life.

Keep In-Geom up and it is fast (sometimes density kills but that is why having as much CDR as you can get will keep it going)

CDR (I am close to 50% currently, I will get more as I get better gear 60% is a good goal) is important but be mindful of your toughness no need to die.
