5th passive if using hellfire amulet depends on what you got in your gear.

If you want damage, brawler is good.

If you need cheat death, go for nerves of steel.

If you need more life per fury to heal, bloodthirst passive is great.

If you use animosity its ok, too. You will gain more damage to your boulders and more heal.

Why did I made this build in the first place? Might of the earth set is very powerful, this gear combo gives you a lot of toughness, you jump around causing earthquakes and dropping boulders on enemies stunning them all the time. But in higher greater rifts ( when you near your limits), some elites can be really bothersome. Facing a nightmarish pack can end in death, same is with freeze and knockback / vortex elites. That is the time for Wrath of the Berserker to kick in and get rid of problematic mobs. And its +15% increased dodge complements War Cry's veteran's warning well. Not bad against guardians, speeding up the fight a bit for ruthless to kick in and melt them.

About amulets. If you have good hellfire amulet, go with that one. If you don't, dovu energy trap is great since it increase the duration of stuns you cast on enemies, and you will be stunning them all the time. Mara's Kaleidoscope is very good for this slot as well, since most of the guardians are poison based.

To be able to leap fluently and have Wrath of the Berserker on for all messy situations, you will need good amount of CDR. I have 33% and its ok so far. That is why you need diamond in helmet and CDR on shoulders, and at least one ring. Rest of the stats on rings should be CHC and CHD, with area damage if possible. I tried running with better dps rings that had no area damage and had slower grifts that with area damage on them. I have 105 area damage on my barb.

Stack as much physical resistance as possible.

Core

Max resource is needed to reset your leaps faster, heal you more with life per fury spent, and its mandatory to have this stat maxed.

Movement speed is useful, just don't waste points here more than necessary, since 25% MS combined with gear is cap.

Rest should be invested in primary stat.

Offense

Cooldown reduction is what this build need to be fluid for playing.

CHC/CHD are next to go for, and attack speed is least efficient stat you could choose here.

Defense

Resist all, then armor/life, last life regen

Utility

Area damage is very important, max it asap.

Do not spend any point to resource cost reduction, it is very bad stat for this build since it diminishes the effect of boulder toss fury spent for

resetting leap and healing you.

Build Guide

Leap barbarian with Wrath of the Berserker skill.

Gameplay is pretty much the same as any leap barb build out there. You build density around elites, activate WotB, jump on them and hit them with boulder. Do not waste time on shielders, lone mobs and don't be afraid to use WotB when ever you find it will speed up your grift progress.

I hope some of you find this build helpful. Have fun playing and may the RNG be with you!
