Ring of Royal Grandeur
If you run Hellfire Amulet, 5th passive should either be The Guardian's Path or Near Death Experience, both will make you nearly invincible.
You run pretty standard gems, with one exception. You run Wreath because it can spawn heath globes and with how much attack speed you will have, it can be proc'd almost constantly. It also provides great utility if you level it up for additional movement speed. This is not required, but can be done if you find yourself being a little slow behind your group.
You run flying dragon to double your attack speed and get close to the 5.0 aps cap. This will insure that you are constantly procing health globes.
You can run any 3 of the Inna's pieces I listed and any 2 of the Raiment pieces. They all roll pretty similar stats, just make sure that you have 3 inna/2 raiment.

Build Guide
The build plays very similar to the Istavan Monk from Season 4, only instead of procing static charge, it instead spawns heath globes for the DMO Energy Twister Wizard. This build will NOT work without a Energy Twister Wizard running Reapers Wraps in your group.
Your main job in this group is to spawn globes and to help keep the wizard alive so that they can do damage. You make sure that the wizard can be in your sanctuary at all times, and is not in danger of dying to something that shouldn't be hitting them in the first place.
Group positioning is important when you are with a wizard. If you are able to stack elites/rife guardian into corners, they will die much quicker. Sometimes this is not possible, but YOU are the one who should be helping the barb get them in the corner. Use Cyclone Strike against a wall if there is an elite close to you and it will bring them up against the wall (if they are not fully DR'd (Diminishing returns)).
You use Epiphany - Desert Shroud for mobility and survivability, without epiphany up, you are susceptible to being one shot. You use Cyclone Strike to reset cooldowns using Obisidian ring of the zodiac. Try to keep these up at all times.
If you have any other questions, feel free to ask below and I will get to them as soon as possible. Thanks.
This build is absolutely brilliant! My group has been using it now, and the health globe generation is fan-freaking-tastic!
Woooo!
hi
The tooltip is inaccurate and the amount of time by which a cooldown is reduced goes higher and higher. (source)
So we're using Inna's and Rainment of a Thousand Storms. Are we getting both 6 set bonuses?
Hi, very new and exploring how to push into high GR. I don't know what the standard gems I should use are. Can you tell me or is there a link to page that will tell me which gems I should use here?
