Unity
Completed The Thrill with NON-ancient weapon and off-hand in under 11 minutes on my first attempt.
Unstable Scepter and Triumvirate are mandatory.
Orb of infinite depth and Triumvirate are interchangeable, but cubing triumvirate is recommended due to the higher range on the legendary affix.
Aquila is a recommended toughness boost.
Unity is replaceable with Halo of Arlyse
Most other items can be replaced with legendaries of your choice.
Overall stats:
Sheet dps: 1,088,614
Toughness: 38,215,172 (pre-unity)
Recovery: 776,901
CHC: 61.5%
CHD: 449%
Arcane Damage: 17%

I personally completed this at paragon 547, although i'm confident it can be completed with far less.
Build Guide
Plays very similarly to melee DSO Wizard (only without the set items).
1. Build arcane dynamo
2. Arcane orbit at 5 arcane dynamo stacks
Explosive blast on cooldown for 60% damage reduction.
Optional: Slow time on elite packs
This build benefits greatly from increased mob density.
Try to find large packs to AOE, skip lone stragglers.
Elites / champions can be face-tanked with ease.
Nilfur's boots but no meteor?
Nilfur's boots are not a required or recommended item.
Feel free to swap them out with a generic legendary of your choice.
I did it, in my first try, thanks a lot :-)
Good guide, thanks a lot! Only change I made was to replace blur with glass cannon for a little extra damage.
Haven't quite been able to pull it off yet, can barely keep up with the timer, Keep farming for more ideal legendaries or any suggestions?
Awesome, if you want it easy, this is it !
A first T10 test showed this build is absolutely immortal in T10/GR45. I can stand on top of any ground effects or arcane thingies and the HP doesn't move a fraction. And thats without the partan defenders.
So when you build this, be sure to choose offensive stats on your gear wherever you get to choose.
Then, I advise equiping the triumvate and cubing the furnace or fragment of destiny.
Changing EB for magic weapon - force weapon.
If you then still feel immortal (i did, but i was lucky to have half of the build in ancient items including the weapon) change blur for glass cannon.
My buffed stats after those adjustments:
sheet dps: 1.35 m
toughness: 26.8 m
recovery: 2.5m (mostly from LOH on weapon, rest from passives and templar)
Area Damage: 127%
Arcane: 17%
Finished in cave map on first try with 4:05 remaining. No conduit pylon. paragon 566
I actually managed to die twice, not because of squichyness, but because i was overconfident and thought i could face tank the frost pulse orb and death explosion.
Thanks to this Build I did it first try!
Although I switched unity for arlyse and Illusory Boots for Ancient Parthan Defenders. Worked out great. Didn't even take Damage and finished in 10 min.
Everyone keeps saying it's 'Immortal' yet I die the second I get into the rift. Literally to the first two monsters I see, every single time. What am I doing wrong? Over 30 million toughness and 1.3 million sheet dps, and I can't even get 10 % of the way through..
What do you equip on your follower, and which follower do you use?
This build worked for me. I used a templar as follower.
My sheet dps was 800k and i was always ahead of the timer. Thanks for the guide.
can you share your build setup? i too am also having trouble beating this conquest
Even with painfully sparse rift levels this build got me through on the first try. Thanks!
