The main play style is similar to the standard Crusader Blessed Hammer Build that is used for the Towers of the Light Set, so if you are familiar with that set this should be almost exactly the same play style. The basic play style is to 'stutterstep' using your mouse wheel as a force move, while force attacking which will allow you to gain the benefits of Hexing Pants of Mr. Yan. There are a few good video guides on how to do this, so I recommend checking one out if you're not sure.

The standard rotation is to use Shield Glare every time it is off cooldown (to proc Hammer Jammers' new power), then spam Hammers while using Iron Skin and Akarat's Champion when these skills are expiring. When the Fire rotation of the Convention of Elements is approaching (straight after Physical), you want to make sure Shield Glare is cast and use Laws of Valor - Critical in order to maximise the damage you during this phase. Note if you have decent Cooldown Reduction, you should have plenty of overlap on your Akarat's Champion, so be sure not to re-cast it until the skill is close to expiring.

Defensively I felt I could still take a fair amount of damage depending on the uptime of your Akarat's Champion/Obsidian Ring procs, so you do need good density to proc the Obsidian Ring often. An option would be to change the Bane of the Stricken to a defensive gem (Esoteric Alteration/Molten Wildebeest's Gizzard). I highly recommend using the Unity combo, where your follower has a Unity equipped with the corresponding 'Your follower cannot die' token, which will reduce the damage you take by 50%.

Another decent option for proccing Hammer Jammers would be to replace Shield Glare with Judgment - Resolved Rune along with a Sacred Harness Belt which provides the Debilitate Rune for extra damage and toughness. The main issue I have with this setup is not having enough Wrath generation, which can easily cause you to die since you can't reset your cooldowns. This setup would probably require you to use Laws of Valor - Unstoppable Force, but I feel that not buffing your Fire rotation for maximum damage will result in less damage overall. I haven't checked the numbers, so feel free to test this out!

If you're attempting this is Softcore, feel free to use more offensive gems/setup and experiment from there!

Build Guide

This is a variation of last season's main build using Blessed Hammers for the Super Human/Thrill Conquests. While I did this on Hardcore this season, everything can be used for the Softcore Thrill Conquest.

As Super Human is a Hardcore Conquest, play it safe! If you're starting off and don't have many Greater Rift Keystones, check and time your progress on Torment 8-10 standard Nephalem Rifts to see how your clear times are and if survivability is an issue. Once you're comfortable with T10 rifts, then you should be set for the Conquest. Stutterstepping also required practice so please get used to it otherwise your damage will drop considerably.
