Lightning arcs from your fingertips, dealing 138% weapon damage as Lightning. The lightning can jump, hitting up to 2 additional enemies.
Lightning Blast

Create streaks of lightning that pierce through enemies for 140% weapon damage as Lightning.
Storm Armor Scramble

Cost: 25 Arcane Power

Bathe yourself in electrical energy, periodically shocking a nearby enemy for 175% weapon damage as Lightning. Lasts 10 minutes.

Only one Armor may be active at a time.
Scramble

Increase your movement speed by 25% for 3 seconds when you are hit by melee or ranged attacks.
Explosive Blast Chain Reaction

Cost: 20 Arcane Power
Cooldown: 6 seconds

Gather an infusion of energy around you that explodes after 1.5 seconds for 945% weapon damage as Arcane to all enemies within 12 yards.
Chain Reaction

Instead of a single explosion, release a chain of 3 consecutive explosions, each dealing 520% weapon damage as Fire.
Teleport Calamity

Teleport through the ether to the selected location up to 50 yards away.

Cast a short range Wave of Force upon arrival, dealing 175% weapon damage as Arcane to all nearby enemies and stunning them for 1 second.

When you take more than 15% of your maximum Life in damage within 1 second, the cooldowns on Mirror Image, Slow Time, and Teleport are reset.

Hey boyz!

In my opinion/experience this build is currently the strongest possible wizard setup for speed farming T10 Content!

Please note: I always keep my diablo fans guides up to date and will be making adjustments to the guide whenever there is a shift in meta! so be sure to check back, and vote on the guide!

DISCLAIMER: YOU NEED WAND OF WOH FOR MAXIMUM JOOOOCE

Basic game-play strategy:

Kill every elite pack you see (to proc in-geom)
Use explosive blast on cooldown (when in combat)
Use diamond skin on cooldown (when in combat)
Use frost nova on cooldown (for movement speed)
Use Electrocute to proc focus/tal's
Use teleport to proc tal's & movement
Maintain storm armor

Legendary Gem variations:

Wreath of Lightning - Swap out Taeguk for max movement speed setup (only recommended for p900+)

Kanai's cube variations:

Hexing Pants - Swap out Warzechian Armguards for more damage (recommended for players with low dmg output)
Gloves of worship - Swap out Warzechian Armguards if you're in a 4 man speed group, this will probably be better than Warzechian's
