The Zunimassa Set Dungeon is fairly straightforward, you can practically use any build as long as you farm the Wilken's Reach Mojo (which removes Grasp of the Dead's cooldown) on top of the Zunimassa items. In my video, I couldn't be bothered looking for Wilken's Reach, so I used Grasp of the Dead - Desperate Grasp rune which reduces the cooldown to 4 seconds. I could see a situation where you could run out of Mana if you are using Wilken's Reach, so you might want to swap a passive or two to Mana Regeneration passives.
Notes:
DO NOT summon your Fetish Army until towards the end of the Set Dungeon! The total number of monsters that spawn is only around 180, and you need to be able to cast Grasp of the Dead on at least 150 of them so you only want a small amount of pets blocking monsters from attacking you. A combination of Zombie Dogs and Gargantuans served this purpose for me, as a result I don't recommend using the Belt of Transcendence as well as it will summon Fetishes that will randomly kill monsters.
I recommend using cold runes for your skills, and using the Iceblink gem which at rank 25 causes any cold skills to slow mobs additionally. This will help keep mobs out of melee range from you.

Build Guide
Welcome to my Set Dungeons Build Guides!
You can find general Set Dungeon information and Set Dungeon guides for the other classes at my Set Dungeon Thread.
This build focuses on the Zunimassa Set for the Witch Doctor.
Requirements for Mastery
- Kill all monsters without taking fatal damage.
- Grip 150 enemies in the Grasp of the Dead.
- Do not allow any enemies into Melee range.
Location: Act 3, The Core of Arreat. From Act 3 Waypoint - The Core of Arreat, follow the path and pass the first fire grate. To the left side of the second fire grate (roughly the middle of the small map), the portal spawns.

Posted Jan 26, 2016I've updated the guide, there's multiple Mojo options, you really don't need any additional items above the required Zunimassa Set to complete this Set Dungeon.

Posted Feb 8, 2016I wouldn't bother with a Hellfire unless you really need it, you should be fine with any normal Amulet as this is a fairly easy Set Dungeon.
If you are really looking for one, I'd suggest Gruesome Feast, or a mana regeneration passive like Blood Ritual/Vision Quest.

Posted Feb 20, 2016Thanks for that, I've updated the rune choice on Grasp of the Dead.
I used the Desperate Grasp rune as I didn't have a Wilken's Reach mojo available so the Desperate Grasp rune would reduce the cooldown required but if you have Wilken's Reach available then the Unbreakable Grasp rune is definitely the way to go

Posted Apr 14, 2016The problem with this build is that the pets do too much damage and grasp of the dead barely does any in comparison. Here are the changes I did to make this work for me:

Posted May 3, 2016If you use the Unbreakable Grasp rune on Grasp of the Dead, does it still proc the "Mana Spender" passives like the final set bonus for Zunimassa?

Posted May 31, 2016@ MarkK You don't need to kill anything with grasp. Just spam it in your path and catch the enemies in your way as you go (not difficult with no mana cost/infinite spam). Basically plant it on your pets as you go as they are seeking out the enemies ahead.
