Solid Options
Spirit of Arachyr: Running this set gives us a great damage and defense boost.
Coils of the First Spider: Not the best defensive item to be added but provides solid sustain as long as we have the health and mitigation to not be killed in one hit.
Bastions of Will: We use Corpse Spiders: Blazing Spiders because it returns mana and procs the first half of the buff. We deal the majority of our damage with Firebats: Plague Bats though which will proc the second half of the buff.
Manajuma's Way: Great set for speed farming bounties and TX. Gives us ridiculous movement speed when transformed.
Staff of Chiroptera: Greatly increases the damage output of Firebats.
Quetzalcoatl: Effectively doubles the damage output of Locust Swarm.
Alternatives
The Spider Queen's Grasp: If you want to try doing Greater Rifts with this build then I would suggest you use this weapon and change Corpse Spiders from Blazing Spiders to Spider Queen.
Vile Hive: If you remove Manajuma's then this is a solid alternative. Make sure you change the rune on your Locust Swarm to one you prefer.
Endless Walk: Solid alternative to the Bastions of Will. If you aren't using Corpse Spiders: Blazing Spiders then this is better.
Wormwood: Can be used in the cube to remove the need for Locust Swarm to be on the bar. I recommend replacing Locust Swarm with Soul Harvest.

I'm really enjoying this Witch Doctor build. I'm not using it exactly as you have it because I do not have all the gear yet(no Coils or Carving Knife). I have been using + Pet abilities through the Cube (+ 100 dmg or increased atk speed) instead of improving Locust Swarm with Quetzlcoatl. I also use Horrify & Pandemonium Loop(Cube) instead of Spirit Walk. I'd appreciate hearing your feedback. I'm still relatively new to this class having spent a few hundred paragon levels worth of time as a Wizard. I'm having great success with Greater Rifts up to 50 so far. Thanks!
