The Ulianas Set Dungeon is quite gear dependant so you might need to spend some time farming all the pieces. The way I've tackled it above is to gear up for as much Cooldown Reduction/Spirit Generation/Resource Cost Reduction as possible, with Cooldown Reduction being the highest priority so you can Seven Sided Strike as much as possible. Due to the face that you need your exploding plam to detonate 21 times, you generally don't want to do too much damage otherwise enemies will die before EP can be applied onto them. Therefore this is one of the Set Dungeons where you will need to reduce the amount of damage you do via removing socketed gems from armour, pants, weapons, rings, amulet. You can also remove paragon points from your primary stat and in the Offense area, and play around with the Exploding Palm rune and your ring combinations, passives etc.

Notes:

• The way I approached this particular Set Dungeon was to make sure at least 2 of the 3 21 Exploding Palms objective requirements were completed within the first minute or so in the areas before you walk over the 2nd fire grate. If you haven't gotten at least one by that stage, I recommend restarting the dungeon.
• Cyclone Strike is very useful for grouping up mobs
• The Star of Azkaranth amulet is your best friend for avoiding Fire damage, I highly recommend wearing one or using it in the cube.
