Ring of Royal Grandeur
You can find general Set Dungeon information and Set Dungeon guides for the other classes at my Set Dungeon Thread.
The Weight of the Earth Set Dungeon is one of the Set Dungeons that you want to reduce your damage on, so that you don't kill the Elites too quickly. If your damage is too high, your initial leap will kill the Elite before you have time to Ground Stomp and then cast Earthquake. Ways of reducing the damage you deal is to remove gems from your sockets (weapon, armour, pants, rings, amulet).
As mentioned below, try not to panic if you miss a Leap/Ground Stomp/Earthquake rotation! Because of the long cooldown on Earthquake, you will likely need to do at least TWO full Triple Leap/Boulder Toss combos in order to reset the cooldown on Earthquake. Just make sure that if you've already encountered the elite that you move away from it so that you don't deal unnecessary damage to the elite before you can try for another rotation!
Notes:
One thing that annoyed me in PTR while doing this Set Dungeon was the elites spawning too close to each other. Earthquake would be still on cooldown which would usually fail the objective as the Elite would walk into the previous Earthquake area and die before I could do the Leap, Ground Stomp, Earthquake combo. This still happens and there's not much you can do about it other than to try and reset the cooldowns on your Earthquake by doing 2 full Triple Leap/Boulder Toss cooldown resets. If your damage is low enough, you may be able to get a second Leap/Ground Stomp/Earthquake rotation off but the main thing is to not panic when you accidentally miss a rotation!
Try to stack as much cooldown as possible for this Set Dungeon, to avoid the above scenario of having Earthquake on cooldown. I actually did my first attempt using the Earthquake - The Mountain's Call rune (which reduces the cooldown), only after I finished the Set Dungeon did I realise I didn't complete the freeze objective (stupid me!). I highly recommend using Ring of Royal Grandeur/using it in the cube and wearing either Leoric's Crown/Lut Socks and using the other in the cube slot.

Build Guide
Welcome to my Set Dungeons Build Guides!
You can find general Set Dungeon information and Set Dungeon guides for the other classes at my Set Dungeon Thread.
This build focuses on the Weight of the Earth Set for the Barbarian.
Requirements for Mastery
- Kill all monsters.
- Use Leap, Ground Stomp, and then Earthquake in under 6 seconds on every Elite, there are 7 Elites.
- Freeze and kill at least 1 enemy every 10 seconds for 1 minute.
Location: Act 2, City of Caldeum. From the waypoint, go all the way to the entrance of the Belial Boss fight, to the right of the entrance is where the portal spawns.

Thank you this really helped me to complete the set dungeon on mastery!
You're welcome, glad to know it helped out!
Any rune choice should be fine for Ground Stomp as it's going to be Earthquake that causes you to fail the Elite objective due to its longer cooldown.
I don't recommend Convention of Elements for this Set Dungeon, as described in the build guide you want to reduce damage output in order to give you the best chance of getting the Elite combination objective off.
As far as I'm aware though (I ran through the Mastery for this twice but this was at the start of the Season), the Elite combination objective still works with the 2nd/3rd leaps from Lut Socks. Based on my video, at 0:10 you can clearly see that I only hit the elite with my 3rd leap. I suspect that you may have had issues with dealing too much damage due to wearing the Convention of Elements or other gear, and the Elite may have ran into the Earthquake caused by your first leap and died too quickly before you had a chance to Ground Stomp/Earthquake.
Glad you got the Mastery in the end, thanks for the input!
Cooldown reduction is key, you should use leorics in the gear and rrog in the cube.
I used 2 rings with intelligence but they both had CDR, in total I had 45% and I had all my skills ready by the time an elite showed up!
600k dps with focus set rings and Blade of the Tribes is enough dmg to clear the dungeon, but you don´t oneshot the elites.
Blade of the Tribes was overkill for me (or maybe because it was ancient with a 10% damage roll). So I replaced it with my Bul Kathos Blades with 10% CDR rolls each and it worked wonders for me that I had minimal down time on leap and warcry. I always failed the mastery since I panicked and lobbed a boulder toss at a charging elite before doing the combo.
finally did it, fuck whoever designing these pieces of shits
