This follows the same basic principle as the Static Charge monk, with the exception that you only need one primary skills and it is pretty much held down the entire time. Aim for Crit Chance/Crit damage, attack speed and dexterity. go with holy damage and you will wreck the rifts with this build. Essentially this build hybridizes the Uliana's set with Static Charge Monk.
