This is the build I have been pushing with on PTR ( Currently cleared 81-4man | 80-3man ). This is mostly just here as a placeholder for when 2.4 goes live. Video coming shortly. You can find me on PTR if you have questions.
Required: Imperative to make the build function, do not try to sub these out.
Recommended: There is wiggle room here, these are what worked best for me.
Adequate: If you don't have what I recommend these are pretty viable in replacement.

Build Guide
Things to note:
Lefebvre's Soliloquy on shoulders.
Crippling Light rune on Blinding Flash.
Beacon of Ytar on HFA.
Everything must be full ancient.
As much secondary res as possible.
The pants are dealers choice, doesn't have much impact on the build.
Cylone frequently to maximize ORotZ
CW three times before applying EP to proc Mythic Rhythm.
Find density. Don't attack three things at time with it.
This is a work in progress.

Gratz, waiting for the vid
If pants do not matter, might pox faulds be any good since you will be pulling those enemies in?
I haven't come across a decent AL pair myself, but I don't see why not. I don't see the damage being that noticeable at any high GRs though!
I literally have five sentences in my guide, and you couldn't be bothered to read them before trying to correct me. Thanks.
