PTR2.4 Hotfixes 11/24 New Chakram buiud ;D

This build guide is not for top players.

Because, DPS is inferior to the CA that uses a Manticore.

However, this build can down the GR75+ anyone easily.

Kanai's Cube Weapon : Dawn (Increased cooldown reduction 65%)
Kanai's Cube Armor : Visage of Gunes (Vengeance gains the effect of the Dark Heart rune)

[Gear]

Weapon : Sword of Ill Will (Chakram deals 1.0-1.4% increased damage for each point of Hatred you have)
Waist : Zoey's Secret (You take 8-9% less damage for each Companion you have active)
