i put the items in here as diablofans dont have all the items needed. this is the top ladder build on seasonal PTR patch 2.4.
I DID NOT MAKE UP THIS BUILD! i will not take credit for making up this build, but i do use it and like it a lot. thanks to Alkaizer for having this build on the top ladder.

And it is severely nerfed, the elite bonus damage is just 300% down from 1000%, down from 1500%.
Saw that coming. Read 1500% PER mob and was like yep, that's getting smacked with the nerfbat.
Damn, that's a hard nerf. I was planning on rolling a Wizard for S5 for sure, but now I'll have to put in more thought to it.
After the nerf to 300% for elites, they need to add a separate larger multiplier for Bosses and Rift Guardians to compensate. I bet they have the technology, given Striken has a multiplier effect already for that category.
