Hurl a barrage of arcane projectiles that deal 400% weapon damage as Arcane to all enemies near the impact location.

Arcane Torrent damage is increased by 305% weapon damage every second, up to a maximum total of 1010% weapon damage as Arcane.
Flame Ward

You take 15% less damage from attacks while channeling. Every second you channel increases this amount by 5%, up to a maximum total of 25% damage reduction.

Arcane Torrent's damage turns into Fire.
Teleport Calamity

Cooldown: 11 seconds

Teleport through the ether to the selected location up to 50 yards away.

Cast a short range Wave of Force upon arrival, dealing 175% weapon damage as Arcane to all nearby enemies and stunning them for 1 second.

Event Horizon

The Black Hole also absorbs enemy projectiles and objects from Elite monster affixes within 15 yards.
Meteor Meteor Shower

Summon an immense Meteor that plummets from the sky, crashing into enemies for 740% weapon damage as Fire. The ground it hits is scorched with molten fire that deals 235% weapon damage as Fire over 3 seconds.

Unleash a volley of 7 small Meteors that each strike for 277% weapon damage as Fire.
Ice Armor Crystallize

Cost: 25 Arcane Power

Surround yourself in a barrier of ice that reduces damage from melee attacks by 12%. Melee attackers are either Chilled or Frozen for 3 seconds. Lasts 10 minutes.

Only one Armor may be active at a time.
Crystallize

When you are struck by a melee attack, your Armor is increased by 20% for 30 seconds. This effect stacks up to 3 times.

Yes it's incredible, however I think that build is much more suited for Group, which I plan on writing a guide for eventually.

I'm trying to test out all the different variations for now, just wanted to get something out quickly for people to try out solo.

Replace Conflagration with Illusionist and u can drop the Aether Walker for Deathwish and you can use the new shoulders, 25% damage/reduction(by cubing the new offhand and using Firebirds Eye) better than the 6% crit, with this build being so tanky taking some hits is not a problem so ur teleport is gonna be up most times.
Conduit and RCR on two pieces is overkill, try going for APoC on off-hand that should keep you at 90%+ resource at all times.
Black Hole is not a good fit for this build, makes you stop casting which reduces your damage and toughness, Frost Nova: Bone Chill gives almost the same CC capability and 33% damage increase. Your Arcane Torrent should only take about 2sec to apply the FB debuff so again Black Hole is overkill here.
Meteor: Meteor Shower is a lesser damage than the Star Pact with +Arcane on Helm/Off-hand/Paragon and switching to Ancestral Presence from Blur, all resource reduction or arcane generation can be swapped for defensive affixes. Like, Life% on Shoulders and Offhand, and swap Magic Weapon: Conduit for Deflection.
Teleport: Calamity stun increase the CC immunity effect, you want Frost Nova to be more effective since it last longer. Safe Passage is a better defensive option and Wormhole a better mobility option.

Yeah this was my first build I used, I'll be making more changes as the PTR progresses. I don't think using Halo + APD will be that good anymore once CC changes come into effect.
Star pact is also being changed to apply only base damage and not get the buff from full AP stack, so we'll be going back to using Meteor Shower or perhaps Molten Impact with Zodiac ring in cube.
I don't like playing without AW on solos hence why no Illusionist for this build. Group version definitely will be using Illusionist though.
Also Calamity should be changed to Safe Passage, I do agree on this point mostly because CC changes are coming.
BH was in here to mostly remove ground effects and you wouldn't really be casting it since Sigil will autocast. I think I got 9 meteors for 1 BH with the Sigil + I could self cast if I really needed to.
