Is this confirmed? This is huge according to my thinking, I thought not having Calamity equiipped or cubed was a fail!!
If Calamity is only additive damage, does that mean, the Wolf's group damage buff is additive as well, or even a WD's Slam Dance?
How can you tell the difference to see if it is Additive or Multiplicative?
As a console player I was thinking
Bombardier's Rucksack could work having an extra 2 sentries out wouldn't be a bad thing and the hexxing pants would still work while strafing and besides how many dh's stand in one spot.
so ive been watching your video over and over, how is it that you drop the traps tho? i finally figured out you were doing evasive fire after strafe, could not figure out how your hatred stayed up so well lol. does the enchantress keep the monsters grouped?

I LOVE this build, it is SO powerful and even so without having the items it recommends.
I found a very easy way to control and operate the DH.
FYI I set stand still to space for ease on my pinky.
Holding SHIFT+Mouse1 causes DH to fire Evasive, if you keep holding those buttons and click Strafe once to a spot on the map, the DH will Strafe a little ways, stop then continue to Evasive (still holding SHIFT+Mouse1).
Thats it!!! Just keep CLICKING Strafe and after each "Strafe tick" she fires Evasive, I pretty much dance in the middle of mobs with my Crusader friend on Torment, its great.

TL;DR: Hold STANDSTILL+Evasive Fire, then click to Strafe, making DH use EF after each instance of Strafe, keeps the hatred up
Wow that makes total sense, i was getting frustrated since i could kill alot faster using the multi shot gear setup and skills. gonna give this a try today. I have one of those Razer Naga 12 hotkey mouse, so gonna see if its more comfortable setting the stand still key to that instead. thanks for the info!
I also noticed you use the enchantress follower, is there a specific reason you use her instead of the templar? I also need to figure out how the sentry and caltrops are being put down, i dont see any of your gear and skills setup have a combo of both..

Its really fun to face stomp so much.
Im pretty sure if you see spikes or extra sentries then helltrapper must be in use, this is the only mention of spikes in the build.
Finishing Natalyas is the first step to achieving this builds power, the 400% dmg boost from 6 sets is enough to jump 5 or so GR levels and a couple torments.
