Unity

Weapon slot : you can pretty much choose between 4 options , Helltrapper , Valla's Bequest , Calamity and k'lar Tenclip.

Helltrapper : No more self casting of your sentry, more slows from the traps , able to have a 2:1 cycle sometimes and extra dmg from spike traps.

Valla's Bequest : More Fulminator procs in big packs , able to keep monsters agro'd , more dmg output with strafe.

Calamity : 20% extra additive dmg.

K'lar Tenclip : Able to use the Icy Trails rune of strafe allows you to slow and kite monsters better , for this you have to stay abit more in melee range ( i did my 70 clear with this weapon in off-hand ).

Overall i find Helltrapper & Valla's Bequest to be the best option i tested them both alot in my 71-73 runs , in some rifts valla's Bequest might do a little better but depends what rifts / mob types you have.

Ring Slots : you want to have atleast one ring with 8% Cooldown to reach the BP 46%.

Helfire Amulet : the extra passive you need to have is Ambush.

Also on some of your secondary stats you want to have Life after each kill to increase the healing of your leech passive and on top of that use the life after each kill poition aswell this helps you heal alot more.
