Maximum Resource
Movement Speed
Vitality
Primary Stat

Offense

Cooldown Reduction
Attack Speed
Critical Hit Chance
Critical Hit Damage

Defense

Life Regeneration
Resist All
Life
Armor

Utility

Resource Cost Reduction
Life on Hit
Gold Find
Area Damage

Just don't put stats on Area Damage, since it is bugged.

Any other part you can put in as much points as you can/have.

Try to max out first:
Core 1
Core 2
Offense 1
Offense 2
Defense 1
Defense 2

Then put all Core Points into Vit. After that, when you reach high enough Paragon(800), you can max out the other Stats.
When having MS on your Feet, put only enough points in MS to get the 25% MS in total. Rest goes to Maximum Resource and Vitality.

Build Guide

1. Introduction
Hi All,

I am Equit from the EU Softcore Seasonal Clan called Hellfire Angels.(www.hellfireangels.eu)
This clan is created purely to push the Leaderboards as much as possible. You can track our progress on the Hightlights Leaderboard page.

2. About the build

First of all, this build can be used to support any class, but really shines with a Static Monk in your group.
This build is verified with Grift 78+ 4-player parties and with a 76+ 2-player party.
This is because you proc the static charges with your WotHF.

There some variations you can do with this build.
Like, if you do not own the ancient version, or the recommended gear doesn't have all the stats required, you can change some stuff to still fit well in the Party.

2.1 Mandatory

2.1.1 Important Notes

- Every gear item except jewelry that has sockets, put a Diamond Gem in it!
- Every jewel must have a socket(rings, amulet)
- Get Life per Second on any item it can roll on as high as possible
- Stacking Physical Resist works the best because of the Esoteric Alteration legendary gem and the Sixth Sense/Harmony passives

2.1.2 Stats
Life: 1million+
Life Per Second: 1million+
Armor: 15k+
Cooldown Reduction: 65%+
All Resistance: 2k+

2.2 Build Variations

2.2.1 Without The Laws of Seph
If you do not own TLoS I would recommend using Inna's Radiance with a Leoric's Crown in the Cube.
You will gain mobility, so you won't need the Illusionary Boots in the cube. The Leoric's Crown helps you to get even CDR, which of course, the more the merrier :D
Swap out the Blinding Flash - Soothing Light for either:

  • Dashing Strike - Blinding Speed (High mobility + dodge)
  • Epiphany - Desert Shroud (High Toughness, lower mobility*)
  • Epiphany - Insight (High Spirit Regen, lower mobility*)

*[instead of Leoric's Crown put in the Illusionary Boots, if you enough CDR]

2.2.2 Amulets
Either you take the HFA or TSoA it depends on what YOU like. Do you like to have that extra Passive? Go wear that HFA!
Do you want to minimize your deaths in the game, because you hate molten, molten explosions, desecrator and firechains? Go wear that TSoA!
Getting a good HFA is easier than a good TSoA, but who knows? Maybe your lucky ;)

2.2.3 Rings
This all depends on the stats of your rings. Is it impossible for you to find a good RoRG? Just select in the cube.
Same goes for a RHS or ORotZ. You want to wear the rings who have to next to perfect stats on them.
For example, you have crappy RoRG's but an amazing RHS with all stats near to perfect, finding an adequate ORotZ might be a lot easier. Just reroll the ChC to a sock and you are ready to go.

2.2.4 Adequate Items
Every Adequate Item I have put in this guide can be used as a replacement, but don't forget that might lose a lot of other important stats.
The primary task of a Heal Monk is to keep his/hers part alive. So before taking Adequate Items into account, please make sure you really can't make or get any decent Recommended Items.

3. The End

Thank you for reading my build/guide and I really hope you will find some answers on you where struggling.
