This build can both be used for GR82+ in 4-player but also for Grift Tier 70+ speed-bosskills.
Cube: You can also cube Dagger of Darts and use Kukri (but harder to roll) and same with cube Carneval and use Jeram (but harder to roll).
Passives: Gruesome Feast > Spirit Vessel > Confidence Ritual > Swampland Atunnement > Pierce of the Veil
Gems: Bane of Stricken + Bane of Trapped + Simplciity's Strenght.

Core: Get to 13-15 % Movement speed depending on what you boots have and rest in Intelligence.
Offense: IAS > CHC > CHD > CDR
Defense: Not sure here, but I would probably say; Armor > Life > All Res > Life Regen
Utility: Area DMG > RCR > Gold Find > DO NOT pick Life Per Hit (it causes more lags)

in the leaderboard, you used a string of ears with the fetish passive, while in the guide you put belt of transcendence on top with pierce of veil. Am I correct, that you want Belt of Trandescence so that you can drop the fetish passive for pierce of veil?
Can anyone who has tried both UE DH and Carnevil tell me why Carnevil over UE DH?
It seems like both of them are very similar, does Carnevil output more DPS than UE DH?
How much can Carnevil crit vs UE?
Yo Drahque. Some comments on your choices.
1) Snake to the face is far better then splinters. Remember that your own poison darts do barely any damage. Your own poison dart does ~0,1% of your damage. So ANY utility you can get from this skill just far outweights the 0,0x % damage increase you might get from splinters. The stun is quite handy to interrupt rift boss animations and even in packs its helpfull since it pierces.
2) I dont believe you need swampland. I managed to do 81 with 1 death without using swampland.
3) A belt of transendance cant take the place of the syncophants passive for dart doctors because it only summons a fetish when you cast a spender. Since you only cast acid cloud once every 5 seconds to trigger your zunimassa and retrain buff you will have max 60/5=12 fetishes (in reality more like 7-9 since you move a lot aswell instead of 15, which is quite a bit of mitigation lost from your zunimassa 4piece. Also remember that on single target every melee fetish is worth ~1/6th of a dart fetish damage wise. So having all 15 of these guys up is very significant on single target.
4) I prefer 130 all res on boots over the 120 int you get from 12% movement speed.
5) Small note, I think its nice to add the fact you can also wear a mask of jeram or starmetal kukri if they rolled better then your carnevil/Dagger of darts.
Also, not that it changes much but it is actually "198" int due to Soul Harvest and Gruesome Feast.
In 2.2 I remember Jeram's mask didn't boost pet damage from darts, wouldn't it be best to use depth diggers instead of it in the cube ?
I'm having serious difficulty with this build, I feel like I'm missing something. Even on GR52 I'm getting 1-shot by 50% of the mobs, ranged or melee, with my minions up and even adding another defensive passive. I've tried solo and group and it's just INSANELY fragile. I watched the video and all you really see is... nothing. For some reason I'm taking insane damage (when I finally got to the RG some of his attacks hit for over 1mill on me with my fetishes up in one hit) and you are not. I have the whole build sans the hellfire but if I forego an offensive for defensive I should still be ok, but nope.

This is a group build and it can be more fragile, especially if you don't have an army of fetishes out, since so much of your DR is based on having as many of those buggers out as possible. Remember also that you have to keep Languish up. If you are really having issues solo, you could try swapping a string of ears into your belt slot, and making sure you have the Fetish passive.
why not fetish ambush for fetish army rune?? if we are constantly spawning new fetishes as we reposition wouldn't "fetish ambush" add a significant amount of dps at no cost? I usually have my fetishes from fetish army + 5ish from BoT anyway, why are three extra that much more beneficial from a 680% weapon dmg attack every 3-5 seconds?
