Build Guide

Hey folks... So, here's my rendition of the Sunwuko's Uliana's monk.

First, this is an advanced build, meaning it's got a few advanced mechanics, and requires a timer of sorts to keep track of the Cold CoE proc. If you don't have access or it's too much trouble, swap the cube jewelry to RoRG and use a Hellfire Amulet, 5th passive being Near Death Experience.

So a lot of this build is taking advantage of the mechanics within the monk class to achieve maximum dps. Instead of other similar builds, this build only uses EP (instead of Tempest Rush) to synergize with Mythic Rhythm, and maintain your Sunwuko's buff. So basically speaking... your job is to get EP up on as much as you can until your Cold CoE rotation is coming around. Then using 3 generator strikes to proc Mythic Rhythm, manually applying EP to the kill target, and then snapping Blinding Flash off. Watch the fireworks.

40% from MR, 29% from BF (another 20% from RA), 500% from Sunwuko's, 20% Unity, and then at least 240% Cold multiplier.

Secondary Resists on as many pieces as possible, CDR is valuable to get more blinding flashes off, Desert Shroud for defence, alternatively you can choose dashing strike - blinding speed if you prefer.
