Here is my guide for how to efficiently carry you group as a support monk in patch 2.3 @ Torment 10
This is FINE-TUNED for TX, this is NOT a GRIFT BUILD
MAKE SURE TO WATCH THE VIDEO FOR DETAILED INSTRUCTIONS.
As always stat priority go from left>right in order of importance, can't list more than 4, take dex or other defensive statistics if you can't get the 4 recommended.
If you need Death Breath's run Sage's.
If you need LOOTZ run Cain's set.
watch live @ http://www.twitch.tv/mannercookie
in a full group it's extra 205% which translates to extra 20.5% leggos
@bitauren: Quin's setup is for greater rifts, this is for t10 where it's all about getting to and killing those elites/champions as fast as possible. In t10 you shouldn't need that extra life regen from mystic ally anyway. Haven't checked wqwfst's one out so don't know about that one.
@AdmiralPwn: Quoted from: http://eu.battle.net/d3/en/forum/topic/8966397468#16 "This means someone with 300% MF will end up finding roughly 30% more Legendary and Set items than someone with 0%.". Unless they changed this, and didn't put it in the patch notes, you're wrong and may need to look into your research methods.
@admiral, you are incorrect it is 10% benefit to legs, please find blue post that states otherwise and it has been changed if you've done your research
and also as someone mentioned this is not designed for grifts, quin's build would be terrible for TX and visa versa.
Hey there Manner,
Nice video and nice guide. Just a quick question. If I'm using a hellfire amulet (because the above mentioned star of azkaranth hasn't dropped yet) with unity passive already, what would you suggest as a 5th passive? Also, how much cdr is good before switching diamond in helm to topaz? Thanks in advance.
About 50 CDR is a good point to go for MF
Keep in mind guys this is fine tuned setup for TX Speed farming, all the gear choices and rolls are designed with that purpose in mind.
Very nice write up and guide , keep up the great work MC ~
