Make sure to grab max fury in paragon because hammer of the ancients gains 1% crit for every 5 fury you have. So 50 max fury in para is 10% crit to hammer of the ancients. You can grab a few points in vitality here over str if needed but its not recommended.

Build Guide

Start farming with Nephalem on Torment X. Try to skip the white monsters and only kill the Elite (blue and yellow).

If u should have fury problems try to fill it up with Furious Charge.

Take Nemesis Bracers with u to get an extra Elite on every Shrine u see.

With this set you should get about 30-40 Death's Breath in one run, one run will take about 6-7 minutes only with elite packs and some white mobs.

If you want to see the real HotA Barb check out Chainer's Grift 75+ Hota Barb (Group Build).
