Build Guide

This build is FAST for clearing T8 rifts, averaging 2 minutes or so for a rift clear, and you will kill elite packs in 2-3 seconds each. Possibly a tiny bit behind Uliana's In-geom in terms of overall speed, but the huge advantage being you're not playing Uliana's.

And the less important advantage, I suppose, is that you can use Sage's for nearly double the death's breath drops on T8 (around 5% of the time you'll get 3 per elite pack, and the other 95% you'll get 2 per elite pack).

The play style is as follows - Dashing strike on cooldown until you find an elite pack or shrine (to spawn an elite pack via Nemesis bracers), kill elite pack, loot 2-3 death's breaths and spam dashing strike with a <1s cooldown from In-geom until you find the next elite pack, rinse and repeat until the rift guardian. Then kill him too, and take all his stuff.

NOTE: I have CDR in almost every slot possible, however this build WILL work without maximum CDR, due to In-geom letting you have a 100% uptime on Epiphany with very little CDR on gear. I choose to run CDR as it stops be from needing to have a seperate set of gear from my generator GR pushing build (aka I'm lazy).

There's lots of flexibility in the skills - all you really need is Crippling Wave - Mangle, Cyclone Strike - Implosion and Dashing Strike - Way of the Falling Star. The rest are down to what you prefer to run, you will probably want to have Epiphany, but the rune is completely up to you, I am lazy and don't bother to move from Molten explosions etc so I run Desert Shroud to survive everything.

The explain the mandatory 3/4:

Crippling Wave - Mangle, this is a 360 degree aoe around your character and will hit everything no matter it's position after you Cyclone Strike everything to melee range. Also, it looks really cool.

Cyclone Strike - Implosion, this procs your Strongarm Bracers for some juicy extra damage, and also has the massive utility of grabbing everything in a huge aoe and bringing it to you on a silver platter, so you can punch it.

Dashing Strike - Way of the Falling Star, this is what turns you in to sonic, with the In-geom proc up you can spam this every ~1 second or less and with Rift density as it is, you'll almost always have this proc up.

Epiphany - Rune of your choice, we run this to stop those horrid CC affixes on elite packs like Vortex really ruining our day and costing us valuable seconds of our rift clears.

I recommend the last two skills to be:

Breath of Heaven - Infused with Light, this helps keep your spirit up during the Shenlong's degen buff and also helps you reach 100% spirit to proc it in the first place.

Mantra of Salvation - Agility, this is personal preference for me as I like to mindlessly farm and the survivability from this lets me do so on T8.

Hellfire Amulet - You want Exalted Soul on this for more damage via Shenlong's, but this is not necessary at all to run the build, and you can use any amulet you like.

You can run lower torment's without some of the required items (F&R, Depth Diggers), but you absolutely MUST have Shenlong's weapons and 2 piece Raiment of a Thousand Storms, unless of course you want to farm T1 all day, in which case, all the more power to you! You rock!
