This is a test spec. Adaptation of Datmodz Shenlongs , but this is with no crit/100% crit.

I'm playing around with whether or not the EP on everything outweighs the damage reduction from 20% All Res. This may not be helpful in the higher grift push but for speed runs could vastly increase kill speed by giving the barb more chances to kill targets with EP on them. I should be able to do some extensive testing this week (gear permitting).

Esoteric gem is only for high grift push, maybe simplicity's strength or bane of the stricken. I'm leaning toward stricken because the heal monk sohould have you taken care of.
