Build Guide
A simple speed build for ultra fast and efficient farming of Death's Breath in patch 2.3. Once you're geared up and moving efficiently you should be able to break 500 Death's Breaths per hour.
This is not a new build, but I didn't find it well documented here for patch 2.3.
Basic idea is to utilize In-geom with Raekors set Furious Charge mechanics plus the new HotA Bracers to quickly take out Torment 8+ elite packs with the Sage's 3pc bonus equipped. This net's me between 450 and 600 Death's Breaths per hour if I'm efficient and have good density.
And, because you're able to move very quickly with instant-refresh charge, bracers, and sprint you can skip through trash mobs and focus on killing elites. Nemesis Bracers greatly aid in this.
Some items, gems, etc are optional (amulet especially), but in general this works best in my testing. If you're low on cooldown gear, you may find it faster to cube Leoric's Crown for example. If you're very skilled or well geared, I'm certain its possible to forego the damage reduction from Together As One as well.

Appears editing a build on a mobile device can erase the gear and cube config. Will fix this as soon as I get to a PC.
Fixed.
You can use Brawler if you like (I have that or Berserkers Rage on Hellfire Amulets).
Weapon Master works had to keep you hammering though between Furious Charges, so purely a matter of preference. It makes low density moments like the Rift Guardian a bit more efficient.
Most important -- do what works for you. This is just a guide
I have tried pretty much all the barb DB farming builds and find this one to be:
so thanks for this
I have no problems with T9 currently, and can do T10, but it's a little slow.
hey I'm new to barb and jsut started this build out, what is the playstyle for this? Do I just FC all over the map when in-geom is up, when do I use HOTA over FC? I seem to die too easily in t8 but my gear isn't optimized yet
I use HotA to kill anything that Furious Charge does not quickly kill.
So basically just elites. Sometimes I do just kill things with FC, depends on the situation. You'll get a feel for what is most efficient as you play the build.
