Big Stinker

The Gargantuan is surrounded by a poison cloud that deals 135% weapon damage as Poison per second to nearby enemies.

Summon 3 Zombie Dogs from the depths to fight by your side. Each dog deals 120% of your weapon damage as Physical per hit.

on the hellfire amulet you want jungle fortitude

can swap the rune on your dogs for the life on hit or damage reduction if toughness is an issue

this build gets a benefit to every part of convention of elements if you switch the rune on your dogs from fire to cold, also gives the damage buff as an option, tho using the fire rune gives better aoe damage

Depth diggers don't benefit the fetishies, either you, change your depth diggers, for Helltooth pants, and use Mask of Jeram on helm =D
