Ring of Royal Grandeur
Wand of Woh + Schaefer's Hammer + Explosive Blast [Flash] are an insane combination.
Macro buttons 1 and 2 (explosive blast and frost nova) with numlock or whatever keyboard software you are using, you want these skills to continuously cast, they will keep Taeguk stacked and will keep the 850% lightning damage from Schaefer's Hammer always procced. Furthermore, they will not interrupt movement.
It requires about 35% cooldown to keep Taeguk up the entire time, but more cooldown will increase the number of explosive blasts and help you stack Taeguk faster.

Paragon priorities are pretty straight forward. Movement, CDR and damage.
Build Guide
This is a T7/T8 speed farming build for GR keys and Death's Breath/Crafting Materials.
The cool thing about this build is that it really never has to stop moving, and it gets a ton of movement items, allowing you to complete Nephalem Rifts incredibly fast (2-4 minutes). It is also unique in that it doesn't take very much damage because of how fast it is moving. You will kill enemies so fast, they will hardly have a chance to attack you.
I put together a tiny video so you can see how fast it is (I don't have 100% of the correct gear, still farming).
Build is really cool. Worked really well on t7! Though I cubed Hexing Pants instead of Nemesis.
Check out the Tal Rasha set bonus', plenty of meteors gettin around
I'm running your build with an Aether Walker in the cube, different gems (Boon or other dps instead of taeguks since my taeguks is low lvl) and Hexing pants in the cube. Schaefer helps with the trash if you simply want GR keys but if you're after DB then Aether is better for beelining to elites. Meteors should make quick work of them. Nemesis I just click to equip but if I'm lazy I'd have them equipped. Running Aughuid? Shoulders and Bracers when they are not equipped for extra elite damage mainly. It took some getting used to but after some decent gear and practice I run T8 pretty fast and use the same thing for T7 split bounties.
Looks like Jaetch copied your build and modified.
So I started my wiz working towards this build for seasonal. It works ok, feeels lackluster without leveled gems and proper stats on pieces. my question is where should i start rolling my blood shards to eventually move up to something like Blatty's [S4] Tal'Rasha GR60+ 4 Players ? I still need my focus/restraint combo but hate rolling rings and amys since they cost so much, and are one of the widest gambles percentage wise on kagala.
I also doubt this is linked to my d3 profile but my id is BaronB
Hey guys, I have tried this build and I love it. The only problem i have is the surviability. Could you tell me what your current toughness is with the build? Or maybe some tips and tricks to surviving a melee attack from a winged assassin on T7? That would be really helpful. Thanks!
Lol, someone xentrosh obviously doesn't play wizard. I see this comment all the time on Tal-Rasha builds.
Good build! Was looking for an easy T7 with EB:Flash. Schaefer's definitely makes the damage more consistent. The thing I really enjoy about this build is that it is mouse-only. If you configure it right, you don't need to use the keyboard at all during a rift.
I found that running high CDR felt a little better, and did not cause an issue with AP as long as I had assigned MW:Conduit or APoC.
Build felt a little slow moving though. What I ended up doing was:
* Swapping out Elemental Exposure for Dominance and cubing Krelm's buff belt (keeping Nemesis on swap).
* Swapped out Bane of the Powerful for Wreath of Lightning. It has about the same damage and gives even more movement speed. High uptime when proccing off of Magic Missile or Shock Pulse.
* Swapped Storm Armor (Scramble) for Diamond Skin (Sleek Shell). This provides a more consistent movement bonus and more defense.
I wonder how many people have killed themselves looking for the impossible stat priorities recommended for Tal Rasha's Allegiance (;
