Basically its straight forward. IK's to have CoTA up all the time(shoulders for all the runes). Bracers for all the runes on WoTB. 3 Pieces of raekor's for all the runes on charge(Get away ability if need be). Ashbringer is just an amazing weapon for the build when you get your kills. you clear out alot but that is what i run currently. I would love to switch back to 2-1 hands for the Stalgard's Decimator power. Undisputed champion for All your frenzy runes. Convention of Elements ring works will all 4 full maxed out rune abilities so no matter what you are always getting that extra + to damage. The Stalgard's Decimator ability ensures you have 700% damage going out every time you attack(yes works in WW as well but not as good). RORG just to cut back on Raekors so you can run Depth Diggers for the extra 80-100% damage on frenzy. Nerves because we are on HC. Superstition because most physical attacks aren't going to do much to you. Berserkers rage and Rampage - Rage because it is a automatic 25% damage no matter what with CoTA giving you fury all the time. Rampage because with frenzy you can easily max this out.
