Unity
Set items are pretty much set in stone. You can have one item of your choosing belonging to the Wastes set. I use the pants but you can use whatever is best. Strongarm helps with damage but you can switch to Reaper's Wraps for fury upkeep. Best amulet will of course be the Hellfire, with Brawler for damage or Nerves for survivability. Any good immunity amulet will do great too. I'm mostly dying to mass arcane sentries and fire chains and less to frozen or lightning. On Season, you can switch out Pain Enhancer for Bane of the Stricken, allowing you to kill the RG faster. Put rubies in chest and pants, switch to diamonds if you're dying too easy or just want to be safe.

Pretty straightforward, CDR first for WotB and Furious Charge, attack speed last. Movement speed until max, then everything in mainstat. Again, if you're lacking survivability put some points in vit, but rather get good vit on items.
Build Guide
Merciless Assault for fury upkeep, knockback and F+R damageboost. Keep up Ancients and WotB at all times. Whirlwind through packs to keep up health and fury. Always Rend twice for Lamentation bonus. 125% damage from F+R, plus 250% damage from IK set, plus the double damage from Lamentation allows you to have very high damage ticks on Rend. Ancients - Together as One plus Unity bonus ramps up your survivability.
Do you really need boon of bul kathos for this?
This looks to be based on this Alkaizer video (if it's not, then it's very similar). In the video, he suggests a few other passives to use in lieu of Boon of Bul-Kathos (starting at around 2:30 in the above video).
Just throwing my 2 cents in on the guide, thanks for the guide much appreciated, but you should change the wording regarding unity, the way you word is like eh, get to it when you get to it. But just by changing one thing i was able to EASILY go from gr40 to gr50 just by cubing unity and switching upgrading NOTHING else. I wouldn't bother with this for higher grift till you are able to put a unity on follower and the cube. you also make no mention that this will require the follower relic to make your followers immune to death, im sure some/most everyone knows this but i am sure there could be some new people out there not aware of it and cant figure out why the spec is not working.
Mate, I was doing GR55 without unity, you just have to know how to not get hit so much. I got unity, and it didn't change anything at that level, only above it because ground affixes become too powerful.
