First of all this build is so much fun for this patch, 2.3, Season 4, at least for me.


Basically you need 2 sets, Tal Rasha set and Delsere's Magnum Opus

With the RoRG on the Jewelry Power in the cube you can have a perfect ability of Tal Rasha set, but lack one last ability of the Del set which should be fine because we only need to let the Slow Time skill do the damage to get stack of the Tal Rasha ability and get more damage.

On the cube you should have The Grand Vizier on the Weapon Power and Cindercoat for the armor power to reduce a lot the Arcane Power costs, so you will be able to keep casting the Meteor spell continually.


Otherwise you can go for the Crown of the Primus on the Armor Power to make your Slow Time skill gains more ability to slow and reduce enemies' damage. Also it can increase your damage and increase your surviving rate while enemies are in the bubble because it can stun and slow them very well.

*You can also switch or replace the The Grand Vizier with The Furnace to get more damage.

Casting the Slow Time Spell to slow and stun a group of enemies to make it combos with the meteor spell.

On your passive skill you can change Astral Presence to Elemental Exposure or Unwavering Will to increase your damage and defense, but again you will have a little problem on Arcane Power regeneration.


You have many choices with this build which will make Wizard a fun class and interesting.
