Call forth a swarm of fiery bats to burn enemies in front of you for 475% weapon damage as Fire.
Plague Bats

Diseased bats fly towards the enemy and infect them. Damage is slow at first, but can increase over time to a maximum of 720% weapon damage as Poison.

Summon a giant toad that pulls in enemies, briefly swallows them whole, then spits them back out with a layer of goo that deals 750% weapon damage as Poison over 5 seconds, Slows them, and increases their damage taken by 15%.
