This setup has a lot of flexibility in your item choices. Most importantly, you need to get the 6pc Natalya bonus, what you do after that is pretty much up to your personal preferences. It's pretty good because it allows you to customzie your gear depending on what you are currently doing, and how far your character has progress already. For lower torments, you can just stack more movement speed, and for higher torments more damage.

The only thing that is really required is the Pain Enhancer gem, as it will deal a substantial amount of your damage (up to Torment 8, after that the other dps gems pull ahead). The other gems can be swapped out and many fit into the playstyle quite nicely, especially Bane of the Trapped, Boon of the Hoarder, Gem of Efficacious Toxin, Mirinae, Gogok, and Taeguk. For the rest, it's up to you to experiment a little and find out what's best for your item, skill and group setup.

Build Guide

If you're a fan of the 2.2 Strafe Speedfarm build, then this is the right place for you. If you know the old build already, feel free to scroll down to the [New in 2.3] section. A couple of things have changed and I reworked the guide a little, but the overall picture is the same. The attached video is a compilation of different builds I made for Torment 6-10, just use the link to find this one that leads to the Strafe build.

[Concept]
The general idea is to use Strafe to reset your cooldown of Rain of Vengeance, thus buffing your dps like crazy, and moving at insane speeds at the same time. With Smoke Screen - Displacement, Tactical Advantage, Warzechian Armguards, etc. you can easily assume a permanent 150-250% movement speed bonus. The good thing about the Natalya set is that it increases all of your dps, including all of your skills, gems and conduit. It does not have a totally fixed item or skill setup, so you can experiment a lot with it to see what fits you best.

This build's purpose is only to farm Torments 6-10 or low GRs effficiently, and not to push the rankings. For pushing rankings, generally you want to use the fire (Stampede for solo, Anathema for group) or the lightning runes, but I'll cover these in seperate guides because they involve a lot more strategy.

[Gearing]
Generally, you will want to use Natalya's Slayer and Calamity. The weapon with the highest damage per attack should be in your mainhand (left slot), as the Rain of Vengeance damage only takes this one into account. Your generators and Strafe skill contribute very little to your overall dps. The other weapon should preferably have RCR and CDR (or maybe Bonus to Elites). You should also stack a little bit of toughness, the best spot is vitality on the helm, as Strafe bonus is not doing that much anyway. If you feel like you are dying to quickly, consider to also get vitality on your chest and possibly gloves or weapons.
For the different options to consider, see the item section above. Since there are not enough choices to add, I will also throw these items in: Profane Pauldrons (pickup radius), Convention of Elements (good dps boost in long fights), Stone of Jordan (helps oneshitting elites on lower difficulties), Gloves of Worship (for speedrunning rifts with all shrine effects), Hexing Pants (good dps and hatred regen boost), any immunity amulet. The general gearing strategy is to get enough RCR and CDR to get perma Strafe + perma RoV to work. With low paragon this might be a little bit difficult, but the build is really strong in T6+, so with some less damage you should still be able to farm the lower torments very efficiently until you have good rolls on most of your items. Your gearing choices also depend a lot on your strategy, e.g. if you want to make picking up gold and globes a little easier, you could drop some damage for Avarice Band + Boon of the Hoarder, or if you really can't get any RCR items, you could go RoRG and add both Pride's Fall and Hexing Pants for lots of resources.
As for the amulets, I recommend using a Hellfire once you feel comfortable without an immunity amulet. Good choices for a 5th passive are: Hot Pursuit, Awareness, Sharpshooter or Single Out (for GRs).

[Skill Choices]
The above build can be modified a little depending on what you're running, e.g. you could drop Focus + Restraint and not use a generator if you go for lower difficulties, or use Bat instead of Wolf Companion for more resources. The build is very versatile.

[Speed GRs]
For speed GRs, you should change a couple of items for more damage and toughness, and drop movement speed (e.g. Wreath of Lightning, Warzechian Armguards etc.). In general, you have to adapt to your party composition and clear speed, you can trade RCR for CDR or more damage if you feel like you're getting enough health globes, and also stack some more toughness because you might be a little squishy in tiers 50 and above. You should also try to let others soak the damage and not run in first, so keep an eye out for your supporters.

[New in 2.3]
Obviously we have the biggest addition via the Kanai's Cube now, and there are a lot of choices here as well. In-Geom definitely is the prime candidate for the weapon slot, the added CDR value is really crazy and lets you spam any skill almost like as if you had a channeling pylon. The Obsidian Ring is also good for overall resource management because you reset your Hatred / Discipline regen spells earlier (and it complements the In-Geom fantastically), but Convention of Elements is definitely the best choice if you need pure damage output. The armor slot can be changed depending on the situation, in higher torments Harrington Waistguard + Crashing Rain is a good combo because you can deal with both trash and elite monsters quite nicely, and for GRs you can obviously drop the Harrington in favor of Hexing Pants.
Since we can't faceroll T10 just like T6 previously, it is mandatory to adjust your playstyle and gearing preferences a little. Especially Torment 10 can be a little slow early on, so farming lower difficulties is very likely going to be more efficient. If you play in groups, you can tap synergies and e.g. use Bane of the Trapped + Cull the Weak for more damage.

I will keep this guide updated when more information about patch 2.3 emerges, especially how it compares to the upcoming Multishot builds and how it fares in speed greater rifts. Until then, happy farming!
