See D3 Planner link for specific stats. Also Bane of the powerful in D3 player should be Bane of the Stricken.
I feel like a lot of people have been working hard at coming up with builds for 2.3 and the old Sunwuko + Inna's has fallen off. The problem with this old build was you couldn't add in the missing parts due to lack of Kanai's cube. Now that we have the cube, this build is vastly improved. It is unknown if its better than U6 or spirit gen build, but I plan to test it in 2.3.

Self explanatory. Only note is since CDR and RCR both hold a lot of weight in this build, its hard to specify which is better for now. Will update.
Build Guide
Combine the old Sunwuko + Inna's set with the cube so you can now benefit from F&R, Flying dragon, crudest boots and RoRG at the same time.
Rotation = WotHF to proc focus, spam WoL for restraint and the damage. Use WotHF for spirit guards and use epiphany, your mantra, and dashing strike for survivability.
Since this build has not been tested yet, you can swap out Air ally for Fire to add 40% dmg boost if you have enough resources so you dont need the air ally to maintain Wave of light spam.
This unlocks the possibility to have almost unlimited spirit for Wave of Light, 2 spirit allies mimicing your spells and blinding speed. Lets see how this build competes against U6 and Shenlongs build.
SunWinna's build by Twistedfortune AKA Damnation#1244 (in game)
Well it's an interesting build, I've tried something similar on 2.2 when we couldn't have Crudest Boots on cube so you had to sacrifice one piece, anyway, your mimics doesn't trigger the bonuses from SWK set so it's worse than Raiment and definitely worse than Uliana, but it's a fun build to try when you get fed up with the meta builds
