This Barbarian build for Patch 2.3 makes use of the 6 piece bonus for the IK set and the 2 piece bonus of the Wrath set. The bonus damage from the 6 piece IK set allows for a lot of builds to open up. The 2 piece bonus of Wrath gives Rend a sizable increase in damage. The makeup of the build is to have both set bonuses so that you have permanent Wrath of the Berserker up, as well as Focus and Restraint. Charging in and dealing damage to stunned enemies helps get amplified by the Strongarm Bracers. Applying double Rend stacks with the lamentation belt in Kanai's Cube applies even more damage. While things are bleeding around you, you Furious Charge either the group that's on you, or the a group that you can go apply Rend on. Since FC charge only holds on charge, make sure and use it wisely to move around the map and in and out of groups.

Kanai's Cube:
The Furnace - For the obvious damage buff
Lamentation - Double stack your Rend
Unity - To stay alive. This + Call of the Ancients Together as One gives you plenty of survivability.

Ancient Parthan Defenders is an alternative if you're having trouble staying alive.

Physical% Damage is preferred for your elemental damage choice since a lot of your damage will come after putting Rend on. Furious Charge will do quite a bit of damage when darting around, which is a Physical rune you'll be using.

REQUIRED pieces: IK Weapon, IK Belt, Wrath Shoulders are mandatory to make this work so that you can get all the bonuses of the gear. The other Wrath piece can go in any other slot and the IK items to fill the rest.

Paragon points are standard:

Core: Movement Speed to get away. Strength the rest of the way.
Offense: CDR can be first or last. If you are ok with getting Wrath of the Berserker back quick enough with IK then move it down the priority list, but you'll probably need this. Crit damage is next to amplify your damage. Crit Chance and then IAS last.
Defense: Resist All to stay alive. Life next because Armor can be 3rd since Str gives armor.
Utility: Area Damage to get plenty of splash damage, then Life oh Hit to stay alive a bit more. RCR isn't too necessary given how the build plays.
