I think about Blue Balls build in S4 patch 2.3. With cube and Reflect damage changes it can be great DMG dealer with no worry of main enemy - reflect!
Unity or CoE with party
Don´t know wich armor part set to cube. Any suggestion? Ice climbers? Nemesis for more progresion? Frostburns for Cold multishot?
With Xepharian amulet and changes to Reflect damage (same to the type that damage it, so lightning on this DH) you will be safe.
Uskang with +12 Disciple and +% Lightning dmg and Bane of Stricken will be great DMG boost versus current live version of build! First ball hit mobs, proc Bane of Stricken and every next ball do more and more dmg to that targets!! in finall, dmg on 10th+ balls will be very huge!

I will test that on PTR, but without Bane of stricken, which is huge DMG lose :(.
