Build Guide

This build relies on the generator damage increase from 2 pcs Raiment and Depth Diggers in combination with Inna's 2 pcs and Crudest boots for double Fire ally damage boost. Add on a lot of Lightning dmg rolls on your gear and that's pretty much it.

You are looking at a constant 500%+ damage boost to your primary skill, especially if you have rolled extra primary skill damage (I have +13% Fists of Thunder on the pants). I prefer fists of thunder, ofc with the lightning rune. Static charge helps a lot with AoE damage, but do spend some paragon point on area damage as well. My gear adds 66% ligtning damage, a lot thanks to The Eye of The Storm head piece.

I find Cyclone strike to be a real game changer and really cuts down the time chasing after enemies. It is also necessary to have a spririt spender attack to trigger half of the Focus+Restraint ring combo. Since damage is small it's best to use Soothing breeze or Implosion rune.

Epiphany desert shroud need no further explanation. I use Inner Sanctuary when Epiphany is on cool down or when I want to teleport. Movement speed is no requirement here since you will teleport to your enemy with Epiphany and also with Fists of thunder main skill, but I like 25% with paragon points added.

I have not found a better weapon than Flying Dragon, it procs so often that the damage increase is in a class of it's own, even compared to lightning damage weapons like Schaefer's Hammer.
