Cosmic Strand build is for speed T6 only, because you kill trash so fast, it's very hard to maintain your mana pool without it.
Concerning the Taeguk buff uptime, if you are having problems keeping it up while soloing, you're doing something terribly wrong ! Solo is all about spamming teleport and ressource spending abilities !
