I have questions please :

I would play Witch Doctor, but alot of forum they say there is Bad.

I do not know if it is viable for the Solo GR50 + as the barbarian, mage etc.

What do you think of WD? It should only play Tank, support, in high level?

What build do you recommend for Solo GR + 50 and for the Group?

This build has increased my damage from 30M to solid 250M+, and I'm only paragon 270, it's a great build and I recommend you do it if you can.

It's really an eye for an eye. I personally prefer a bad Taskers over perfect Zuni gloves for a couple reasons.

1) Fetishes attacking faster with Taskers will help get you Big Bad Voodoo back up WAY faster because of Starmetal Kukri. Also, if you die a bit and your Fetish Army is on cooldown, your passive fetishes attacking faster will help get your Fetish Army back up quicker as well.

2) Whatever speed your Taskers rolls, is also considered the same amount of pet damage increase. The only difference is speed over power instead of power over speed. Doing 100% damage at 145% speed is the same damage output as doing 145% damage at 100% speed. Example, if you gloves roll 45% pet attack speed, then they attack at 1.45 speed instead of 1.00 speed which ends up being a 45% damage increase. To help clarify, over a 20 second span, your pets attack 20 times without Taskers and 29 times with a 45% Taskers. That's an additional 9 times compared to the base 20. 9/20=.45 or 45% at 100% damage. So in the end, a 45% damage increase. So 23 fetishes attacking that much faster is a big deal.

How does Poison Spirit Haunt proc BoT? Does it still have a snare effect when it's not doing cold damage?

Neither, Homonculous doesn't boost fetish's in any way Zuni's isn't the same/better, it boosts dogs, also, no single item in the game (save Convention of elements when rolled over to your fetish element) adds more to your pets than Jeram or Taskers.

If you absolutely HAD TO use that mojo, your best choice would be to dump aughilds chest, but I seriously wouldn't recommend that either. The gear on this build is pretty tightly controlled such that not many changes can be made while keeping proper function.

Regarding Pain Enhancer and the crits getting you into a blood frenzy: can the pets be affected independently of the character?

In other words, does the WD need to be in range of the enemies on which the pets crit'd to get the bonus?

Pain enhancer is a bit of an odd bird. Pets CAN proc the bleed, but, the bleed does NOT stack (so worst case scenario, all your pets are attacking one target, and the gem is basicly worthless) and the pets themselves do not inherit the level 25 effect, so you yourself have to remain within 20 yards for it, although that isn't so bad, because you should be around there for grave injustice (which I personally condone using over rush of essence or gruesome feast, although as I also lack a SMK, I guess I get more use from it) anyway.

Taeguk is actually an interesting choice that I also hadn't considered, but yea, it could actually be really good!

Haunt with the poison rune still slows targets so procs the gem. Just to add to additionally to the answer already stated.

Wow, solid build. I'd been pushing GRs 30-32 GRs, but nothing higher with my mediocre gear and pre2.2 builds. After 2.2 landed, I got a couple of lucky drops, including Pox, and now I can easily push 36-38 GRs.

Still no Belt of Transcendence so I've been using Blackthornes Belt and Neck. I've occasionally subbed out a Haunting Girdle, which seems to make it easier to spawn Fetishes. And I've started crafting Hellfire Amulets. We'll see how this goes.

My gear is no where near what I would need for this build, but it's a lot of fun playing it!

one thing: please add a follower build as well.

You can probably put yourself in the top 50 using this build. The biggest difference I have noticed between this build and Carnevil is you can drop this into basically any rift and it will perform. Carnevil in good situations will definitly go higher. You cannot really fish for Rifts with a Pet build.

Movie is with WH, Zuni ring and Thasker. Updated with BoT, CoE and Zuni Gloves which are obv BiS items.

For some reason I only do crits when the fetish army are out.

When they are not out, I rarely get crits.

Any idea what might be causing this?

Starting to get the hang of this, and while listening to the build movie I noticed a passive was different then on this page.

That helped me a lot.

Also figured out that me myself doesn't do a lot of dps, it's the fetish army.

Not used to playing such a build :-)

Gear getting better now and starting to enjoy it a lot :-)

I'm curious about Followers too, so I'll post mine and see what folks think.

Enchantress with Charm, Powered Armor, Disorient, & Mass Control.

Gear, in general as much IAS, CHC & CHD as possible.

Focus: Smoking Thurible - IAS/CHD, Follower Cannot Die

Weapon: Thunderfury - IAS, Ruby Gem

Rings: Obsidian Ring of Zodiac, Compass Rose - IAS, CHC, CHD, 1 socket, Gogok of Swiftness rank 25

Amulet: Overwhelming Desire - CHC, Cooldown reduction

Key takeaways, this follower adds a ton of Crowd Control, including the Charm proc from amulet. The Thunderfury, Gogok of Swiftness and IAS stat all work in concert to apply the Thunderfury debuff as much as possible. Lastly, the Cooldown reduction from Gogoks and Amulet means more abilities going off. And she can't die.

Very nice on the enchantress. Was hoping someone would come with a build for it.

Most build seem to use the Templar. Not that I mind the Templar as a follower, but it's nice to be able to change between characters and use a different follower.

One that, what is IAS?

So, IAS is the same as AS?

I can't find IAS as a statistic anywhere.
