This is strictly a farming build, not a GR pushing build. Warzechian bracers are recommended for more speed, and when combined with a 25 Wreath of Lightning, you can go quite fast. Whirlwind damage on boots is nice for the fourth property, but you can also have move speed. If you decide to go the route of Chilanik's Chain, you can get life per fury spent, in place of one of the defensive properties.

An immunity neck is preferred, unless you can get a decent hellfire amulet. You can swap a few of the passives around, depending on the fury generation you think you need.

I run bash to increase the damage you can deal to rift bosses or elites with the focus / restraint combo.
