This build is heavy on movement speed. The new Wrath of the Wastes set is required, however an IK build is viable, but the Dust Devils spawns from Wastes allow you to continue moving without stopping. Using the Boon of the Hoarder Gem with the Avarice band guarantees nonstop speed. Adding the Goldwrap for the large pickup radius guarantees invincibility. Adding a pair of Warzechian bracers can have you moving even faster. Also to note is the Wreath of Lightning legendary gem to continue moving at a quick pace. Rachel's Ring of Larceny could be subbed out, but getting the extra movement speed is very nice.

Skills/Items you'll gain movement speed from: Boon of the Hoarder Gem > Wreath of Lightning > Warzechian Armguards > Rachel's Ring of Larceny > Bul Kathos weapons > Sprint Skill.

The synergy from all items involved create an intense speed rush. With items geared properly, you can rush past all regular content without ever turning around to make sure they're dead.

Movement speed maxed at 25% in conjunction with your gear is most important and the rest into Strength.

Offense: Crit Dmg > Crit Ch > CDR > Attack Speed. Making sure you're doing enough damage with Crit Dmg/Crit Ch is very important. CDR for Threatening Shout to come around sooner is good.

Utility: Area Damage is golden for this build for max damage. RCR if you're trying other skills with WW. Gold Find obviously is important, but if things aren't dying then it doesn't matter because speed is what kills here. Adjust accordingly to your gear.
Build Guide
The basic principle is to make sure the first few bad guys drop some gold to proc the pickup radius of the Avarice Band. Once that has happened, your Dust Devils should do enough damage in your wake that, for the most part, should kill all regular health enemies so that you can continue running nonstop. The edge of the pickup radius will continue to pick up gold and keep your movement speed up with this method. Keep in mind that the direction of the Dust Devils also goes in the general direction you go, so run at your enemies with purpose. If need be, you can pass back through the enemies as necessary to finish them off.
While unsuccessfully finding an outdoor map on level 1 after 75+ rifts to try a sub 1-minute rift, I noticed that I was clearing pretty much every level in 2 minutes, even when I had to go multiple levels. Here's some gameplay:

Lightning or phys on bracer?
I think it´s physical, because the Dust Devils rune from the Wasted set. This makes a lot of dmg. I think, the lightning rune on ww is only for fury reg.
You would get more movement speed from the Rachels ring than from frenzy, and frenzy only increases the attack speed of frenzy itself so would not result in more dust devils. Also without the extra pick up radius from the Averice band the build would take a lot longer to clear levels as you'd have to keep going back to pick up gold.
I like this setup IN regular rift, however, in Greater Rift, dying like crazy. (GR35 +).
any advise for this when we playing in Greater Rift?
