This build takes advantage of the new Natalya's 6-piece bonus and also takes advantage of the 2-piece Marauder's set. The legs will be Natalya's new pants and the belt will be the Crashing Rain belt that works with RoV.
[]
This build can alternatively be ran with an ancient Calamity/Natalya's combo without a quiver, although this is sometimes very difficult to achieve. Using a Holy Point Shot with Cold%/Crit Ch/Rain of Vengeance is a great start for this build for maximum damage. Still doing some testing on whether IAS is a good/bad thing depending on hatred regen. Having enough cooldown % goes a long ways to ensure your companion cooldown is good enough to get hatred, as well as Preparation and Vengeance. Some changes may be made on these skills going forward depending on hatred and items available, as well as any tweaks that may come once Patch 2.2.0 goes live.
[]
Keep in mind that Strafe damage on items such as helm/boots is NOT as important as survivability at higher GR levels and can alternatively use that slot to roll for defensive/healing stats such as All Res/Vit/Life%/Life Regen. Most of your damage will be coming from RoV and the new legendary belt. I tried using this with Hexing Pants, but the 2-piece Marauder bonus seemed to pay off better in the long run. Wreath of Lightning can be subbed out for a defensive-oriented legendary gem, such as the Molten Gizzard gem with the really high life regen. If your hatred regen is fine then I would recommend subbing out Preparation with either Fan of Knives for defensive purposes with the cold rune, or Marked for Death for a multitude of reasons.

Build Guide
Looks like the Icy Trail rune is getting nerfed today on PTR. Source:

Not sure how badly it hurts this build. It might push Physical to be the superior option.
I think the almost perma-freeze of cold is where the appeal is. It does more to eliminate damage than anything else for higher greater rifts. We shall see once the patch goes live, but I'd say that this is the early favorite.
