Exploding Palm no longer causes the enemy to bleed, but if the enemy dies while affected by Exploding Palm, they explode for 6305% weapon damage as Cold.
Have an Epiphany, increasing your Spirit Regeneration per Second by 20 and enabling your melee attacks to instantly dash to your target for 15 seconds.
Desert Shroud
Infuse yourself with sand, reducing damage taken by 50%.
Active: Your mystic ally has its damage increased by 50% for 10 seconds.
Passive: A mystic ally fights by your side. The ally deals 130% of your weapon damage as Physical per swing. When the ally dies, it is reborn after 5 seconds.
Air Ally
Active: You gain 100 Spirit.
Passive: A mystic ally fights by your side that increases your Spirit Regeneration by 4.
+25% chance on killing an enemy to cause an explosion of gold.

This is my second build and I testing this on PTR, seems to be great. The focus on this build is get more movement speed and stack the tempest rush to 100 faster.
When u get the ms buff on the pillar u reach something around 155% ms, u can see that tempest rush stacks too fast and speed is great against GR when u are constantly fighting with the time.
- Fear is good to proc the Rechel's ring, my ring gives me 54% ms boost when I fear any monster ~~ this is op. Try to use pandemonium it gives 15% chance to fear on hit 0.0!!
- Get the 25% max ms with gear and paragons.
- General Quang gives to you 25%ms with the tailwind rune, but sometimes this is not worth, furnace would be better for grifts.
- Try to break all the objects and proc the bracers.
- Legendary gems will boost your ms also. You can change the boon of the hoarder for this new leg gem which gives u more Life per second and tough on grifts..
~ AT THIS POINT U CAN REACH 200%+ MOVEMENT SPEED ~ RUN FORREST RUN!
- Before explode tempest rush use the seven sided-strike with mad stone and see everything blow up. You can run for some seconds and try to explode everything again because they will be fronzen from pandemonium rune.
- Using serenity and seven-sided to stay untargetable and not die!!

Thank you Bartek, you're right, its not 35% its 25%, I think I messed it up because I was testing it with the mantra which gives 10% ms, sorry for that I will edit. I'll edit the general quang buff also.
