Landing a Critical Hit has a chance to increase the vortex effect up to 3 stacks for a total of 315% weapon damage.
Inner Storm

As long as your vortex is at 3 or more stacks, you gain 8 Spirit per second.

Sweeping Wind's damage turns into Holy.

2.1.2 lets GUNGDO GEAR apply EP to all nearby enemies when enemy with EP dies, so you tag a few mobs with it and then kill with WoL, this produces a chain reaction that literally melts everything on screen, whilst the build works without Gundo Gear, once you have them the difference in just amazing

Diamond Gem in helm (best cdr boost you can get) and Diamond in other armor slots until over 800 resistance then use Emeralds

Sweeping Wind spam + Resource Reduction (your resource reductions must be 6.6% maximum to allow SW to proc Taeguk Gem) use the numpad trick to continually spam SW (keybind numpad 8 (or whatever number you want) to SW, then hold down key and turn off numlock = perma SW spam = perma taeguk stacks)

CDR... with Diamond in Helm, CDR rolled on Shoulder and 1 other item you will reach 50% easily which is enough, this powers

Mystic Ally to replenish 200 spirit ( 2 allies 2x spirit regen and spirit on activate) Epiphany for -50% damage Blinding flash for +29% dmg boost (or spirit regen if choosing Replenishing Light)

Legendary Gems: BotT & Taeguk definitely BiS, currently running with Mirinae as it is proccing EP like a god

Build Guide

apply EP (which gets spread by shocking grasp and Gungdo), watch WoL & Mirinae proc EP and everything explodes... simple really
