Note: Currently FL is bugged on PTR after new patch, so I went PTV for now, but once fixed Ill go back, love that additional 30% mvmt and dog

On a side note this build does very decent dmg in solo, but shines in a group, especially if you have some extra DPS with you. The Cc aspect of the build comes in handy big time. Everything is blinded, confused and slowed for your pets to rip apart

How far did try and go with this build regarding greater rifts? Did you try out new enforcer yet, cuz starting from like GR29 pets die way too often (this 30% dmg decrease aint help at all it seems). Build is quite good thou, glad you didnt include SMK, cuz its too hard to get.

Thanks for the replies all, For this build, Zuni comes in handy in a couple ways, its just to be extra lazy plus your FA% only applies to FA not FS so they tend to hit much harder. If you are lucky to have a SMK drop then I agree on dropping Zuni because you can keep popping FA much quicker.

As for mojo, TOTD is nice and always a decent option but I wouldn't say "BEST", if your toughness is ok I would go that route, but TOTD doesn't do much for single targets or high hp targets that take a while to kill, specifically champ after champ or a boss. This is why I base the build off Uhk which always helps regardless if 1 enemy or 40.

I refuse to use Unity x2 as a primary, I go TMF+RRoG, I have another build which excludes a need for RRoG (going Aughild Bracer/Chest/Shoulder + BT Belt/Pants) When I drop my RRoG I go TMF+SOJ. I think going Unity creates a false feel for your character. Sure you can tank in a solo game with your follower using x2 Unity, but you will get blasted in a group. I wish we had a 3rd or 4th finger

As for Amulet, (oddly enough this website removed it as my choice) Cameo is awesome, problem is many do not have one, let alone one that rolls to make it useable. It's not worth to some to lose 20%+ dmg for a full rift just for arcane immunity. Same goes with all Immunity amulets. If you have one drop and it rolls well, Jackpot. If not, then loading up on DPS is always nice from an Amulet as its not to difficult to find say a Boros with ele%, int, cc, chd.

I've having a lot of fun with the build. I especially like how it is boosted by gear instead of requiring specific gear to work. Thanks for sharing this with us.

Thank you for the excellent guide. I'm new to the WD, but have been enjoying this build immensely. That said, could you explain in which, if any situations it might make more sense to run Pierce the Veil instead of Grave Injustice? In addition, would there be situations in which the synergy of Grave Injustice and Big Bad Voodoo would make sense?

Wizard903, GI is a very strong passive for us, it chops down cooldown for garg and FA. Even popping nado very quickly, it comes in handy more so then the 20% from PTV.

As for BBV you can use it depending what you are running, in a GR where packs are very close together you will notice a lot of times where BBV is still on cooldown. I tend to save BBV for when a SMK finally drops, once a Starmetal drops you can go BBV and even drop GI if you want as fetish's do a good job getting that cooldown for you.

It's a good build because its very versatile and nothing is "required", flayer isn't easy to get, but it makes a huge difference, on live i tend to use my flayer build more than my SMK build. It just seems more fun to me.

Nice guide! I'm stacking physical, so I'm relying on damage from the fetishes and the garg dog. Would you recommend using PTV to increase the damage of everything or would FL outshine PTV?

A few things to comment on tho, first of all, +phys does not give the wrathfull protector more dmg since it's fire affiliated. And using Zuni is only realy usefull after the ptr patch hits live(But then again youre on the PTR). Besides, I've been changing mine a bit the last few days, to switch from the 'tall mans finger' and intoo a 'Stone of Jordan'. It gave me more dmg overall, besides the TMF ring reduces the healing you get, since it's not stackd up correctly when youre getting 1 big dog instead of many small ones(you get quite a big chunk more dmg tho). Anyways, realy nice guide. Keep up the good work..:)

Are you on PTR? Big dog is working fine for me with leeching beast. I am current only Season 2, but its very easy to stack loh now, I was getting back 210k hp per big dog bite which was x4 my loh, on 2.1 PTR (non season)

Then they must have fixed it on PTR..:) since on live, the big dog heals just as much as one small one.

Yea now he does 3/4/5 dogs combined depending what passives you have, and now loh is much easier to stack 15k on ammy / 1 handers., 7k on helm, gloves, bracers and rings, 6k+ from para points. I haven't had much luck on season 2 with gear but I think I will build a crazy healing dog that still does dps. I came close on ptr but I moved into seasons. If blizzard doesn't change anything, it wouldn't be to hard to get 200k health back per bite while still doing very good damage. And combine that with the legendary gem that splits 30% of dmg taken over 3 seconds, it could turn out to be a beast.

FL was ninja fixed lastnight so time to add it back in, cant pass up on that extra 30% movement

On PTR big dog adds up to correct amounts so its not 5x more LOH, 1 big dog will count as 3-4-5 dogs for leeching beast.

Where do you put your points in utility after loh? also which follower do you use? sorry for the noob questions

Hi, I've been running a variant of this build with great success - prior to 2.1. Now I'm having some trouble with survivability, even after switching to Jungle Fortitude. I can't advance past G30 (give or take a couple levels). Is anyone else having issues? I don't think that my slight alterations are causing the problems as I've just adjust my set gear to the items I have and adopted firebats for the greater dps. Here's my profile...any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

Trade 'tribal rights' for 'fetish sycophants'. And use rain of toads instead of firebats. You have nice physical dps gain, so more fetishes should do the trick. Also, a nice tasker and theo would help..:) Also, try getting som zuni boots to trade for your blackthorns. That way you can use a tall mans finger instead of zuni ring. That should help your dps immensly.

Btw, switch out your gemms. Never runn str gemms on WD. And grave injustice should be enough cd reduction for this build, dont realy need that gem in the head. Use a purple one instead..:) And done know if you noticed, but you have no int on your grandure ring. that adds up when you combine the gemms youre missing, A bit over 1k int that you should have..:)
