Tested: (Ancient) Schaeffner's Hammer vs Shard of Hate + random non-OS main hand, and the 1 handers already leave him WAY behind, you can see the rolls on the bottom of the post. So aim for 1 handers, specifically SoH+ OS.

Ancient versions of :

Shard of Hate is the best in slot weapon of this build, since 2.1.2 brought a great change to this weapon, making it super good. I will talk with my friends that will test ancient Schaeffner's or Furnace in the future, tests will tell if I'm right. Odyn Son is the second weapon of choice, the proc is amazingly good and important to single target damage, 400% x 3 since it links on same target too = 1200% lightning damage / proc.

Skull or Resonance to obtain the synergy needed with other skills. Charm effect will be doubled too from inspiring presence making this item a must have on this build and the trademark for the nullification effect.

Ice Climbers are again working to nullify lethal effects like jailer or frozen. The resistance is not bad either on it. Crucial since you need to keep moving in order to sustain your dps and regeneration from life per hit.

Shard of Hate and Odyn Son for damage of course, Thunder Fury will do too until you find a good rolled thunder fury.

Hexing pants in order to make WW viable and maintain full fury to keep the Berserker Rage up even on single target. IK+Aughild set are the best choice considering the survivability and damage bonus.

Keep in mind you can also roll 7% reduced ranged and melee ( even both if you are super lucky) on wrist,neck and chest, keep your eyes opened and aim to get as many as possible. 11% elite damage reduction on chest goes without saying.

Spoilers:

Charmed mobs do not cast electrified when hit.

Fire chains do not link between charmed mobs

Jailers will hit with the effect among each other and ignore you

Mobs will fight eachother, and mostly ignore you
