Offhand doesn't matter. I listed bargain Legendary Gems. If you wind up with any of the higher ranked ones and they help your build, that's great - but these ones are easily obtained. For legs I prefer Chaos Nexus, but Crystal Guards can be useful too.

Build Guide

Drop Ice Crystal at its furthest range, hit it with Disintegrate. If the enemy jumps on you, Teleport away (leaving a clone behind while you reposition with invisibility). Should be able to go through a full rotation of Disintegrate and then Ray of Frost before your Ice Crystal expires. Teleport is also excellent for chasing down enemies that are trying to disengage and heal. I get MVP more often than not in the battleground, but this is also the build I'm running in H2.
