Helm is Leoric's Crown (diablofans doesn't have the option at the moment) with a Diamond or Topaz in it, depending on what you need more based on the rest of your gear.
Weapon socket can be an Amethyst for more healing, or Gem of Ease for faster paragon.
Stat priorities:
This build is all about boosting your teammates damage, overall utility and not dying. So stat priorities are (roughly in that order):
- Main stats (dex + intel for the toughness part)
- Cooldown reduction
- Toughness (vitality, resistances, life %)
- Resource cost reduction
- Attack Speed
- Recovery (life per hit, life per second)
At high paragon, try getting Intelligence as a main stat wherever possible, this will boost your toughness more than dexterity through all resists, and we don't care about damage with this build.
Variants
- To sacrifice quality of life and CDR for more damage buff: Swap Leoric's Crown and Illusory Boots for GOD helm and Captain Crimson boots, then put Overwhelming Desire neck in cube instead of Royal Grandeur (chance to charm + 35% damage against charmed targets).
- For more toughness, wear GOD helm instead of Leoric's Crown and wear Aquila Cuirass. You can also swap out Wraps of Clarity for Hunter's Wrath belt in the cube if you have enough toughness.

After movement speed, balance Dex with Vitality to get as much toughness as possible. Try to get gear with Intelligence main stat and intelligence augments, so you can put more dexterity points in paragons and achieve more toughness.
Build Guide
Rotation:
- Shoot Entangling Shots to keep Wraps of Clarity buff up (also gives momentum stacks for movement speed and procs Odyssey's End buff).
- Strafe to move around quickly, shoot Entangling Shots automatically and proc Odyssey's End damage buff (lasts 2 seconds, this is the most important as it's a hefty 150% damage increase).
- Put sentries on your allies and yourself to reduce damage taken by 25% (each sentry lasts 30 seconds)
- Cast Wolf companion to buff your allies damage by 15% (lasts 10 seconds)
- Cast Marked for Death on mobs to increase the damage they take by 15% (lasts 15 seconds)
- Shoot Multishot to increase crit chance against mobs through iceblink and rune (lasts 3 seconds)
Buffs provided to your team via this build:
- +150% damage (Odyssey's End)
- +85% damage (Oculus Ring)
- +15% damage (Marked for Death)
- +15% damage (Wolf Companion)
- +10% damage (Gem of Efficacious Toxin)
- +18% crit chance (Iceblink + Multishot rune)
- Chance to charm enemies and +35% damage to them when charmed (if using Overwhelming Desire neck)
- -25% damage taken (guardian sentries)
- -10% enemy damage (Gem of Efficacious Toxin)
- -25% enemy damage (Numbing Traps)
- Enemies are slowed (Multishot rune)
- Nemesis bracers
