This is my super lazy necro build. I used the Lazy Necro (The Anti-Carpel Tunnel build) by Trickshaw and made it even lazier to suit my needs. I barely have to pay attention. I usually can do GR80 and complete the season/Guardian with around 500 paragons and level 70 gems without much effort.

Build Guide

Skills:
Frailty (Aura of Frailty): This will curse anything in a 15 yard radius of you. The curse will instantly kill whatever it is on that goes under 15% life. This includes Rift Guardians, Bosses, Elites, etc. Being an aura you dont have to activate it. EVER.

Bone Armor (Vengeful Armaments): This is our damage reduction skill and is our top priority. It also does a fair amount of damage when activated. We need to get this to 15 stacks asap and keep it at 15 stacks always. Each stack reduces damage taken by 3%. Use it often to keep the stacks.
Blood Rush (Metabolism): Costs 10% health each use. Metabolism gives us extra stacks. This is your get out of bad stuff ability. Use it to get away from mobs, explosions, being frozen, jailed, etc or just to catch up to others.
Corpse Lance (Blood Lance): We are constantly creating corpses and have a free button, might as well use an ability that consumes corpses. Corpse Lance is a high damage choice. With the Blood Lance rune we get a second lance each time for a smaller amount. I use this skill to finish off elites or Rift Guardians. You can activate your Golem's rune to create more corpses. Just watch your life if you are spamming this on a Rift Guardian.

Army of the Dead (Unconventional Warfare): Massive damage (50,000%) in 4 seconds. Use it on stubborn elites or the Rift Guardian. Since its physical it gets bonus damage from your rings/amulet/bracer stats.
Command Golem (Flesh Golem): Extra damage, acts as cannon fodder, drawing attention and can drop corpses for Corpse Lances when needed.

Passive Skills:
Spreading Malediction: Extra damage. This gives you a +1% damage bonus for each mob that has one of your curses. Since we constantly apply a the Frailty curse in a 15 yard radius, this can add a big boost in damage when you run thru a huge pack of mobs.
Eternal Torment: Makes our curses permanent. This works in conjunction with Spreading Malediction making the damage bonus last until something dies or you go to down/up a rift level.
Stand Alone: This will increase our armor by 90% since we have a Golem. Armor helps keep us alive!

Draw Life: Draw Life is what keeps us alive when there are a lot of mobs around! The base amount healed will be increased by the Loyalty Skill on your Templar along with any Life Regeneration you have from the Defense section of your Paragons.

Legendary Gems:
Bane of the Trapped: This will increase our damage across the board once its leveled to 25+.
Gem of Efficacious Toxin: This gem will apply a poison dot on anything our bone shield whirlwind hits. It also increases the damage we do to the poisoned mobs by 10% and reduces the damage they deal by 10%. With the whirlwind up it applies itself.
Pain Enhancer: This gem works just like the poison gem instead applying a bleed. It applies itself via the Bone Shield whirlwind.

Kanai's Cube:
Reilena's Shadowhook: Bonus damage based on our Max Essence.
Aquila Cuirass: We take 50% less damage with this cubed because we dont use any essence and will be above 90% at all times. We have taken skills that consume life instead of essense, which gets healed by the Bul-Kathos Ring along with our Draw Life passive and our Templar.
The Flavor of Time: Pylons last twice as long. Pylons are overpowered already, making them last twice as long is a no-brainer.

Templar Skills:
Heal: Duh.
Loyalty: Gives us vital regen without having to waste slots on gear.

Charge: I take this one only cause of the stun. Stunned mobs cant deal damage.
Guardian: The other option does nothing since we dont spend any essence.

I put int gems in my chest and legs and life gem in helm.

You can start using this build as soon as you get the Legendary Gems. The Amulet, Belt and Bul-Kathos ring along with the cubed Cuirass help reduce damage taken. The Convention ring, Tragouls and the cubed Shadowhook increase damage done. Dont put the Tragouls in the cube as its a 1 hander and using the Shadowhook will you to miss out on the extra stats from a offhand. Juggernaut affix can take longer to kill.

This build does its damage by running over/near mobs and letting your whirlwind/aura do damage and apply dots. The whirlwind comes from the 6 piece Inarius set bonus and the aura comes from the Bul-Kathos Wedding Ring. You simply run around keeping Bone Armor at max stacks and anything you go near gets hit by your whirlwind, which then applies the 2 gem dots along with the Frailty aura. The whirlwind around you does immediate damage as well as putting both a poison dot and a bleed (from our Legendary gems) on anything it hits that continue to tick forever due to the Eternal Torment passive.

Run up to a fair sized group and activate Bone Armor to gain stacks as well as deal a good amount of damage to everything it hits. Each stack will reduce the damage you take so keeping it at 15 stacks is important to staying alive. You will also have the Dantee's Binding (belt) to help reduce damage by another 45%. Dantee's Binding is constantly working because we use the Aura of Frailty rune on Frailty. This permanently curses everything in a 15 yard radius and also adds bonus damage for each mob its on. This is the main source of damage done but we can do extra damage with our Bone Armor activating along with Corpse Lances which use the corpses that drop when stuff dies or you can activate your Golem's Active skill to create 8 corpses on the ground. You can also activate your Army of the Dead when you need a huge amount of quick damage in a small area. Often times you can run thru a bunch of mobs to apply extra curses (bonus damage) and dots and then run back to finish off mobs you previously ran past while the ones you previously ran over are still taking dot damage. Its a pretty simple build to be honest. The hard part is paying attention to pick up loot. Good luck!
