Nothing really special here. You need lots of CDR, I'm sitting around 50%, the more the better. I like going for life per second shield on necro since there's a few multipliers in passives/runes and it makes you really hard to kill even in somewhat higher GRs. It's very easy to get to over 400k+ life per second without much effort.

Whatever generic priorities, not all that important other than CDR being needed first. By the time you can run this, you'll probably be at 600+.

Build Guide

I can currently easily clear GR 90s with this build at paragon 700 with no augments and ~half my items being ancient (practically none having all ideal primary attributes). If you swap out stand alone passive for final service, you could easily do carefree runs on GR 95 even with my relatively low stats.

Typical CE play style as of season 21

All you really need to do is get your bone armor stacks, send your skeletons after something, hold down corpse explosion while land of the dead is up, then when it's down alternate between siphon (or your choice of essence generator) and command skeletons (generator whenever you run low on essence). Really easy and laid back play style most of the time. For easier content you can swap out some survivability gear for move speed and since other people's kills count towards messerschmidt's CDR, land of the dead is up all the time.

An optimized version of this build with some augments and higher paragon could probably easily speedfarm 100+.
